Our Story
When we started Stage Fright, we never imagined we'd be where we are today.
We started in a small dark basement at our local venue, connected by our love of music. At first, our differing sounds clashed, as our separate influences fought for the rhythm. We spent many late nights dreaming of stardom. Although we were disorganized, we knew we had something; we just had to figure out what.
In the early days, we played dive bars, coffee shops, and anywhere else that would let us plug in and play. Each gig taught us something new, and, little by little, we shaped our sound. Our early works were impressions of our raw emotions: love and joy, hatred and sorrow, failures and triumphs. This upbringing in the music world shaped each of us in our ways, influencing our art, and our souls.
As our band grew, so did we, each of us maturing in our way and discovering our true passions. The band grew even closer and reached new heights we had previously thought were impossible. Our new projects mirror our growth, as musicians and as humans.
We were no longer afraid to speak out, no longer afraid to support the causes we held dear. We cultivated an incredible fanbase, that has supported us through thick and thin. We appreciate every one of you and hope you'll keep listening.
Rock on!
